The focus here is in providing solutions in product and production technologies in addition to routes to market that are structured to support a redirection of the OS modular / prefabricated market sector to advance its position in the provision for housing and associated manufactured building stock.

VEMAS have both the solutions and with extended partners exceptional reach in end-to-end product – project capabilities. VEMAS however is structured to be a solution platform in support of existing or new entrants delivering either VEMAS technologies or if a fit 3rd party product solutions to the Offsite construction market.
Project Delivery Services
VEMAS offer indirect supporting services for its own technologies to market and directly in project-based support if engaged to do so, both in supporting 3rd parties with infrastructure needs, such as factory set-up, proactive branded product solutions, or in the delivery of products to projects, either through resource support or cross-border facilitation.
